Concepts Group were tasked by ConRo to take their newly purchased industrial unit and convert this into a modern office & warehousing area.

The Challenge

The challenge of the project is stripping out the existing utilities within the building to strip this back to a shell and re-design the plumbing, electrics etc ready for the interior fit out of the project. We were given the space as a clear space from ConRo to operate in prior to their move and controlling the opening times for the site under Concepts Group taking this job away from our client whilst keeping their new property secure.

The Solution

Converting the existing dated office & warehouse with the build for a new mezzanine floor, pallet racking, timber decks, column guards & barriers, fire rating, office partitions, frameless glass partitioning, kitchen, office lighting, electrics & data, car chargers, warehouse lighting, plumbing & building works, air conditioning, flooring and decoration to a high quality standard ready for ConRo to move into the new unit.
