Concepts Group - Male WC Refurbishment

In response to the urgent need for refurbishment, we undertook a complete renovation of the male restroom. The project involved stripping the space back to its bare brick and rebuilding it. Our goal was to create a clean, contemporary, and welcoming environment that aligns with the high standards we maintain throughout our premises.

The Challenge

One of the key challenges was maintaining access to adequate facilities throughout the renovation, ensuring that daily operations could continue with minimal disruption. Our goal was to design and build a standout male restroom that is both contemporary and built to last.

The Solution

To overcome this challenge, we adopted a phased renovation approach. Temporary restroom facilities were installed to ensure that employees and visitors had continuous access to appropriate amenities throughout the refurbishment. Our design and contracts team worked closely with our skilled tradespeople to create a layout that maximised both space and functionality, incorporating stylish, durable fixtures to ensure lasting appeal.
